The physiotherapist is health scientist, qualified to identity and rehabilitate pathological patterns of posture, motion, breathing. The physiotherapist is the scientist who trains and recovers dysfunctions due to:
• injury
• pathological causes
• surgery
• degenerative lesions
The physiotherapist is an ergonomist who will instruct you how to diminish incorrect tensions in everyday life, work and workouts, in order to prevent damaging degeneration on your joints. The physiotherapist is the scientist you trust for “WELLBEING”.
For the proper history registration, all diagnostic exams related to the pathology are required (X- ray, CT-scan, MRI etc). Moreover, of outmost importance is the presence of the patient or a closely-related person (when the presence of the patient is not possible) who is aware of the situation, in order to get the best possible feedback on the health history. You may bring comfortable clothes that do not make you feel restricted.
The number of sessions depends on the severity of the problem and the response of the patient to the treatment plan. Following a comprehensive evaluation and upon agreement with the physician, a treatment plan is scheduled, which will be open for re-evaluation throughout the session, depending on the progress of the patient.
You can call us (0030-2310.22.33.93) or fill in the contact form.
Medical reference is not required when you visit a physiotherapist, since the physiotherapist is a health scientist. However, the severity of the problem will demonstrate if this will be considered necessary.
